DESCRIPTION:

“The Voice of the Cello” is an album of favorite Romantic works originally written for voice, violin, and piano, sensitively realized by cellist Joseph Gotoff and pianist SangYoung Kim. Featuring a number of original transcriptions for the cello, the album includes works by well-known German, Russian and French classical composers, as well as lesser-known works by Lili Boulanger and Ernest Chausson.
